Despite a likable cast, Role Models follows an increasingly stale formula of sweet raunch. But Jane Lynch consistently generates laughs with cliché-ridden boasts that reach a form of pop-psych poetry. They'd be funny even if they weren't punctuated by Paul Rudd's reactions.
